Pastoral Parish Council
"Do not grow slack in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord." - Romans 12:11
Serving the parish with vision, advice and expertise
The members of the parish pastoral council are an advisory body who are elected to serve terms from the parish at large. They share and work with the Pastor in the parish decision making process.
Joining the Pastoral Parish Council
Immaculate Conception Pastoral Parish Council lends its help to the Pastor in fostering Pastoral activities for the parish in support of gospel values. Immaculate Conception's Pastoral Council strives to discern the movement of the Holy Spirit among God's people through promotion of our catholic school education, PSR and Youth Group, outreach/communication for the ill and for homebound, evangelization, welcoming new parishioners and parish stewardship.
The Pastoral Council meets to discuss, recommend and implement innovative ways to increase prayer, develop programs and improve pastoral services with the approval of the Pastor.
If you would like to be a committee member of the Pastoral Council, please contact the Pastor's Office at 660-385-3792.
